Samuel C. Spitale 

Author of How to Win the War on Truth: An Illustrated Guide to How Mistruths Are Sold, Why They Stick, and How to Reclaim Reality. He is a communications instructor at Loyola Marymount who has trained journalism students at the State Department's International Digital Education and Arts Program.

We will discuss the topic of his book How to Win the War on Truth.

Social media once promised to bring users together in the digital space, but instead, it’s been used to spread disinformation, sow division, and radicalize impressionable minds in an increasingly insulated media environment.
